　　 May 20, 2010 RAiO Technology release a low-cost and high performance TFT controller - RA8872 for 320x240 dots TFT module. It suits with industrial and commercial products for integrating in normal colorful module in TFT, and makes the module supplier and end customer could accomplish the colorful TFT panel program easily with MCU of single chips.
　　 Mar 22, 2010 RAiO TFT LCD controller RA8870 which supports the character and graphic mixed display. It is designed to meet the requirement of middle size TFT module up to 640x480 pixels with characters or 2D graphic application.
　　 May 15, 2009 RAiO Technology releases new LCD driver RA0086 which supports 80-channel common driver or segment driver.
　　 Mar 26, 2009 RAiO Technology releases new LCD driver RA8808 which supports 128(Segment) x 64(Common) driver output for dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display. It provides a low cost single chip solution to replace obsolete S6B0107 and S6B0108.
