RAiO Technology releases new LCD driver RA8808 L CD driver LSI which supports 128(Segment) x 64(Common) driver output for dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display. It provides a low cost single chip solution to replace obsolete S6B0107 and S6B0108.

RAiO has developed LCD controller RA8806 for small and mid-size STN LCD display that supports 4 gray scale display and embedded touch panel controller, highly integrated high-performance but offers low cost to customers. Samples are available from March 2008.
