RA8889ML3N IC, which can drive a TFT LCD with the maximum resolution of 1366x800. The Media Decoder Unit built in RA8889 can easily display pictures or animations in JPEG or AVI (Motion JPEG) format, using this function can clearly reduce the memory capacity required for display applications. If users want to implement a complex display or animation, they only need to use RA8889 with a low-level MCU, such as 8051 or the other 8-bit MCUs.
